Our customer can arrange for their own forwarder agent to contact us before a shipment. If not we could arrange forwarder to collaborate. Shipment method can be by sea / air freight / Express courier / train / truck transport.

Our standard payment and trade term is FOB and T/T 30% advancement and 70% before shipment. Alternative CIF / DDU / DDP can be negotiated and arranged.

Depends on type of product, we provide a 12 to 24 months factory warranty on most range of our products. For factory faulted product is subjected to free parts replacement maintenance or in case actuator replacement.
